Stuart’s background in property agency and management, and Catherine – with a career in antiques and a keen eye for aesthetic design in property – provided the perfect mix to do just this. Our lovely neighbourhood of Maida Vale and Little Venice was an equally perfect backdrop and location. The agency office on the busy corner of Formosa Street and Elnathan Mews quickly grew a reputation for friendly advice combined with professional property marketing. 
Many of our business colleagues are located in the area and include restaurants and local hostelries, essential trades and professional services – a number of who have participated in this publication, all provide a truly local and personal service to our clients and local residents. People often drop into the agency just to say hello, to ask how the property market is going or to give us instructions for sales or lettings.
